The Agency does not own, operate, or control any Supplier services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the applicable Supplier.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies are set by the Supplier and may be strict or non-refundable.
- Refunds, if permitted, are issued by the Supplier, not the Agency.
