Traveler Responsibilities
To help ensure a smooth travel experience, travelers are responsible for:
•Providing traveler names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification.
•Reviewing booking confirmations and travel documents promptly upon receipt.
•Obtaining required passports, visas, travel authorizations, and other entry documentation.
•Meeting all destination, cruise line, airline, and government travel requirements.
•Verifying travel documentation requirements before departure.
Passport, Visa & Identification Requirements
Travel documentation requirements vary by destination, itinerary, and citizenship.Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all required documentation prior to departure, including:
•Valid passports
•Required visas
•Government-issued identification
•Residency documentation
•Re-entry requirements for foreign nationals
Failure to present required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation of travel arrangements, or additional expenses.
Name Accuracy Notice
Names provided for reservations must exactly match government-issued identification and travel documents.Corrections after booking may result in supplier-imposed fees, cancellation penalties, or the purchase of new travel arrangements. Travelers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all names before booking confirmation.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
PBL Travel Agency strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance may provide coverage for:
•Trip cancellation
•Trip interruption
•Medical emergencies
•Travel delays
•Lost or delayed baggage
Travelers who decline travel insurance assume responsibility for financial losses that may otherwise have been covered by an insurance policy.
Supplier Responsibility Notice
PBL Travel Agency acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers.PBL Travel Agency does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, schedule changes, service interruptions, or operational decisions. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier.
Cruise, Air & Itinerary Changes
Travel suppliers may change:
•Cruise itineraries
•Ports of call
•Flight schedules
•Aircraft assignments
•Ship assignments
•Departure and arrival times
Such changes may occur due to weather, operational requirements, mechanical issues, government actions, or other circumstances beyond the control of PBL Travel Agency.
Pricing & Payment Information
Travel prices, taxes, fees, promotions, and availability are subject to change until bookings are confirmed according to supplier requirements. Deposits, final payments, cancellation penalties, and refund policies are determined by the applicable supplier. Planning fees and service fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
Travel may be impacted by events beyond anyone's control, including:
•Severe weather
•Natural disasters
•Government actions
•Labor disruptions
•Public health events
•Mechanical failures
PBL Travel Agency cannot guarantee uninterrupted travel when such events occur.

By making payment, confirming a booking, or traveling on arrangements made through PBL Travel Agency, travelers acknowledge that they:
